You must have the meat grinder first to use the noodle attachment. It is shown here with the meat grinder.

The noodle attachment is used to create 10 different fresh pasta shapes. Also includes the brass lasagna disk.

If you have never made your own pasta, you are in for a great adventure!

Take a basic dough recipe and try adding fresh spinach, pesto, garlic, or other flavors. It is easy to run the dough through the meat grinder and out one of the discs for cool pasta shapes.

Have a pair of kichen shears ready to cut the noodle at the desired lenths. Children love to help with this part!
