These are great for creaming in softened butter for cookies. I quadruple a recipe for cookies in my Bosch!
I leave 1 cookie paddle and 1 wire whip on my Bosch and just pull off the wire whip when I need to use a heavier duty mixing tool.
The new Universal Pro has a plastic drive and should not be used with the Cookie Paddles. Please order the old style metal Whip Drive (comes with old model Universal Bosch) for using the Cookie Paddles.
