Detailed Description
These are our favorite pans for baking bread. I like to fill them 3/4 full so that they mushroom over the top. I spray them with Pam non-stick spray or mix 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 liquid lecithin to oil them. They are durable and will last a life time without rusting or breaking. They conduct heat well and make a beautiful loaf!
